Cookie Policy

As ERY Bilişim A.Ş. ("ERY System", "we"), we use cookies and similar technologies during your visit to the erysystem.com website (the "Site"). This policy explains, under KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698), which cookies we use and why, which are strictly necessary and which are optional, and how you can manage your preferences.

1. What Is a Cookie?

Cookies are small text files that are saved to your device through your browser when you visit a website. Cookies allow us to remember the site, store your preferences and make sure the site works properly.

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

Two categories of cookie/local storage technology are used on our site. Strictly necessary cookies are always active and cannot be turned off, while optional (analytics) cookies are enabled only with your explicit consent.

  • Strictly necessary cookies: Used for session security (session authentication in the administration panel), your display preference (light/dark theme) and remembering your cookie preference form. Under Article 5/2 of KVKK, they are processed without explicit consent being required, on the basis of "the legitimate interest of the data controller" and the performance of a contract.
  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics): These make it possible to measure the number of visitors, which pages are visited and site usage trends, using an anonymized IP address. These cookies are loaded only if you select the "Accept All" option or give explicit consent on the preferences screen; unless you give consent, no analytics cookie is placed on your device.

3. Third-Party Services

The following third-party services are used on our site:

  • Google Analytics (Google LLC): Collects the visitor statistics described under the analytics cookie category. The data is processed under Google's privacy policy, and IP anonymization is actively used. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
  • Google Search Console: Used to monitor our site's search engine performance (impressions, clicks, indexing status). This tool does not place cookies in visitors' browsers; it only reports to us aggregate, anonymous statistics on the site's performance in Google search results.
  • Contact form: When you fill in the quote/contact form on our site, your full name, company, e-mail, phone number and message content are stored on servers belonging to ERY System solely so that we can respond to your request. This data is not collected by means of a cookie, is not shared with any third party and is not used for any other purpose except where required by law.

4. How Can You Change Your Preferences?

You can change your cookie preferences at any time. To do so, simply click the "Cookie Preferences" link at the very bottom (footer) of any page of the site. In the window that opens, you can enable or disable analytics cookies. Your preference applies only to the browser and device you are using.

You can also delete existing cookies or completely block new cookies from being saved through your browser settings; in that case, however, some parts of the site may not work as expected.

5. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information about the processing if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of the processing, to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred, to request its rectification if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately, and to request its erasure or destruction under the conditions provided for by law.
